In 2009 Phillips Manufacturing utilized its 50 plus years of steel roll forming to accommodate the roofing industry; after 10 years, we continued to expand our roofing lines to keep up with the growing demand.

RC consists of thin, hot-dipped galvanized steel. The galvanized coating is the process of dipping fabricated steel into a kettle containing zinc, reacting to form a tightly-bonded alloy that provides superior corrosion protection to steel.
